The bike is great, my son loves it. Only minor downside is that no manual was sent with the bike. Due to that, the setup of the brakes was pretty challenging.

Manual not specific to the bike. If you're not familiar with a BMX then a shorter quick set up guide would be useful. One of the screws that fixes handlebars to frame cross threaded quite easily but was able to fix. Good bike and quick service otherwise.

The bike is amazing, my son absolutely loves it and rides it everyday! Delivery was perfect - it even came earlier than expected! My only complaint is that it came in a million pieces. We had to pay a local bike shop to put it together. We are a family of cyclists and are used to having to attach the handlebars, wheel and/or pedals - and expected this when the description said part assembled. But this bike was literally in pieces - a jigsaw puzzle with no instructions. It also a stated on the box that unless it was assembled by a professional, it would not be insured. Also, it listed a number of tools only a bike shop would have to put it together - so we couldn't even if we'd tried. This was quite annoying. We were lucky to have a bike shop near by. So just a heads up if you are thinking of buying this bike.
